2) Enter your "shipping" information accurately
3) Enter your "payment" information accurately
4) DOUBLE CHECK everything before you "place your order"
Your satisfaction is at stake—make no mistake!
No refunds or replacements can be offered if you enter your order incorrectly or inaccurately, or if you simply don't like the product.
Replacements or refunds can be made if:
1) Goods are damaged at, or during, processing and/or shipping & handling
2) Goods or imprinting inks are materially defective in some way

Returns & Replacements
The product must be returned for inspection and a determination will be made as to the nature of the damage. DO NOT return goods before contacting us! Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, REFUNDS AND/OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED TO OUR CUSTOMERS!
And... if a customer is issued a refund and/or replacement, the cost of shipping to return the product for inspection will be refunded as well.
